Bruce Talley is the Owner/CEO of Destination Ukraine. Mr. Talley and his companies (Host City Services, Destination Sochi, Destination Rio) have successfully provided services at major events worldwide, including multiple Summer and Winter Olympic Games (Sochi, Rio De Janeiro, Korea, Japan) since 2014, for music festivals, and after disasters. His companies have been recognized as #1 in the field based upon customer satisfaction and customer billings.

Mr. Talley’s background is in American capital markets in California. He sold more than $2 Billion in bond issues and loan participations and managed West Coast Sales for an investment bank. Later, he bought and sold commercial land for himself and partners. When Mr. Talley saw opportunities for destination management, he established companies and provided services throughout Europe, North America, South America, and Asia

With extensive experience and network across European Union and Ukraine, NGOs, municipalities, international donors and partners, Iryna helps clients navigate complex donor requirements while aligning grant opportunities with long-term business objectives. Her expertise includes consortium and partnership development, stakeholder engagement, project design, grant writing, and strategic advisory for organizations entering or expanding within the Ukrainian market.

Arkady

Kharkiv Local Coordinator/ Interpreter- English, French, Polish, Italian, Spanish.

Arkady is one of Ukraine’s top interpreters. His language skills are equaled by his knowledge of Ukraine and his social skills. His focus is on interpretation services in English, French, Polish, Spanish,and Italian, with additional German language knowledge. He has extensive experience in facilitating communication between clients and local contacts, with a deep understanding of the cultural nuances that are important in building successful relationships.

Lviv Local Coordinator.

Natalia has a long history with Destination Ukraine and an extensive knowledge of Lviv and western Ukraine. Based in Lviv, she specializes in accommodation and on-the-ground coordination, ensuring every visit and contract is handled seamlessly. She has a a meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to client service. Natalia is fluent in English and her native Ukrainian, enabling her to bridge cultures and provide exceptional support to international clients.
