About

An American partner on the ground, with a Ukrainian team behind him.

Destination Ukraine was founded by Bruce Talley, an American who has spent more than two decades delivering destination, relocation and event operations worldwide — assembling and running teams of sixty and more, and delivering some 45 contracts with multinational companies.

That background matters for one reason: he understands what a Western board needs to see before it commits capital, and he understands how things actually get done locally. Most failed entries sit in the gap between those two.

Today the company works with manufacturers, technology companies, investors, logistics operators, reconstruction contractors and the technology, financing and expertise providers behind them — as well as governments and NGOs — establishing operations in Ukraine and, through Destination Moldova, in neighbouring Moldova. Site selection, legal structure, staffing, workforce relocation, transport, interpreters, permits, site visits and events run through one point of contact.

Destination Ukraine is resolutely against Russian aggression and the war in Ukraine. Neither Bruce Talley nor the company has any business interests in Russia or Belarus, and we do not work with companies owned or controlled from either.
